Hello,
I recently upgraded to the EVGA RTX 2080 TI XC Ultra and love it. I came from dual GTX 1080's on SLI. I do have one new issue after upgrading the card that is bugging me. From a cold boot (completely off) my computer boots but my monitor remains on a black screen. I have to hit the reset button to get it to recycle and then it will get past the bios splash screen and load into windows. I have a X34 Predator G-Sync monitor overclocked to 120mhz. It has been working flawlessly on my old set-up.
I have googled this and there seem to be a bunch of different solutions but none have worked. I tried change the power saving options on the monitor and have tried unplugging and powering down my g-sync monitor to reset it. Neither worked. Once booted it works fine. Like I said this issue started with the new card. It almost seems like a windows thing.
My set-up is in my signature. Any input or assistance would be appreciated.
