Can I use EVGA Bucks in Australia ?

About the recent Scavenger Hunt prizes... to quote the prize page, "We are giving away 3 Grand Prizes this year (one each for the Americas, Europe and Asia). This year's prize is 5000 EVGA Bucks!"
Does Asia even have access to the EVGA Bucks program? And which region would Australia fall into? Culturally we are closer to Europe, but geographically we are closer to Asia.
 
Edit: I've added something to my cart, and a message popped up saying that that I can add EVGA credit to my purchase. So we can use EVGA Bucks now?

    EVGA bucks are essentially store credit that can be used in our online store. Paying with EVGA bucks is currently limited to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, and select European countries.

    Anyone with a valid EVGA account may earn EVGA bucks, but only members in countries listed above may spend EVGA Bucks in the EVGA Store. If you do not live in one of those countries, don’t be discouraged! We hope to expand this program to other countries in the future.
