    Hy Leal89!
I had exactly the same laptop a wile ago. There were no problems with NVME or the boot sequence.
The temperatures you have are OK, mine was going fast over 80 Celsius, keep the laptop on a cooling pad as it drops the temps by 5-10 degrees Celsius usually.

About the boot sequence try these steps:
    A) reset the BIOS to default,
    B) boot in Windows, restart,
    C) without entering BIOS change the boot sequence (F12 if I remember correctly),
    D) if it's not working enter BIOS again and change the UEFI settings to LEGACY, boot again, test the USB then again change back to UEFI.

Play with the settings from BIOS finally you'll get it to work 😉.

    Have a nice day

There is nothing wrong with the temperature you stated.

Sounds to me like your NVME drive is failing. Should be pretty easy to swap it out for a new one.

I'd backup Your Data - before trying to change the Samsung software & if your drive is dying all the more reason to have a current Image of the drive

Sounds to me like the drive is failing or has failed completely.  Possibly, it took a long time to boot because it was failing and now you can't boot it at all because it has failed.
