Hey there,
I’m in need of assistance in finding out what kind of SMD capacitors I need for my 1080, There were 4 that were corroded from slight water damage and I could not get a reading from my multimeter from them. I have provided some pictures of the missing components and circled them, the water damage was cleaned up and solder joints were reflowed and re soldered
Just need the type of components so I may purchase them from digi key or some other sort

Thanks!!

That's mechanical damage. Anyhow, the ones you circled that are designated with an 'R' are resistors. If you're measuring zero resistance on those, that means they are basically jumpers and you can just solder the two points together. Secondarily, if you have them to measure, you should be able to put them back on. After all, water isn't going to hurt them. Only physical damage.

Water damage caused the capacitors to short making them useless as they blew, could not get a proper reading from them, and no they are not resistors they were ceramic capacitors, 4 missing

Okay, perhaps they were labeled incorrectly on the PCB. In any event, as this has occurred to others and you cannot get a schematic and the odds on anyone knowing those values are essentially zero, I'll give you the advice I've given others. Scour Ebay for a dead GPU for parts.
