Anyone else wish the NU Audio had a backplate? Most likely its successor, I'd imagine.

It would be nice for full electric noise isolation but with the technology that went into the card I can’t see them overlooking that.

You can have a custom back plate made if you really want one. I hear Audio Note is working on a 5.1 sound card, maybe they will add a back plate to it.

Some people have reported NU Audio picking up coil wine from the GPU. I don't think any sound card on the market has full electric noise isolation. The front panel HD Audio cable is not shielded, it can pickup noise from other hardware.

Not interested in 5.1. I have the Massdrop x Sennheiser PC37X and absolutely love them. Maybe the NU Audio 2 will be 2.0 and have a backplate.
