I have the BIOS switch on OC BIOS yet in PX1 all three fans run passively (0%) as they would in the Normal BIOS. The OC BIOS should have the GPU fan running at a constant 20%. Powered down and pulled the PSU cable but no change...

If you use gpu-z to check both vbios versions are they both the same?

I've downloaded the OC BIOS from my original 2080 Ti FTW3 using GPU-Z but how do I flash it to the new card? I haven't flashed before and can't seem to find a more recent tutorial...

#1 Boot the card on the oc switch. #2 Drag and drop the vbios onto the latest version of nvflash. Make sure you drop the vbios onto the 64 bit version of nvflash. That should do it.
