Limit voltage with max voltage?

MSI Afterburner continues to say I am voltage limited even with the voltage slider maxed to 100. What does that mean? 


 
Maximus XI Hero, 8700K 5Ghz delid, EKWB Custom loop ,Dominator RGB 3400Mhz 16GB, EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3 EK Vector, Seasonic Prime Platinum 1300W, Asus PG349Q 34" 120hz G-Sync, Phanteks Eclipse P600S.

    It means that GPU Boost would go higher if you could have higher core voltage.

    MSI Afterburner isn't telling you that you are voltage limited. MSI Afterburner is just the messenger. Perfcap reason comes straight from the NVIDIA driver.

    This is like more proof that these cards are begging for more voltage...

    This is normal. All cards have limits unless you have a kingpin card with the xoc vbios installed.
