My motherboard is older but still good. the Bios and controls are getting 7 to10 years old. I can not seem to find a good way to update all the controllers and Bios? I am almost at the point where I am going to look at replacing the motherboard. Does anyone have any ideas for the software to use to at the very least bring the systems bios into 2018? :)

There are no updated BIOS for your board that will bring it to current standards as your board simply doesn't support any of the new features.

I just did a refresh with new SSD and Windows 10 64Bit and loaded the old drivers that I found but I think Windows has evolved enough that most support is built in now for how it will manage drives and I added a Radeon RX 570 8Gb and AMD's software and hardware added HDMI 2.0 with FreeSync .  
 
I only did a 240Gb Scan Disc Plus and my old old WD 500Gb 32Mb buff drive with about 84Gb left lol.. so I bought a 1Tb Seagate backs up plus and hooked it in the USB and sync it as a drive for my stream game folder .. works great ,
