UK RMA process

Hi all,

So I've unfortunately had to RMA my GPU and i was provided with the address:

EVGA RMA Dept.
Langdale, Flag Lane
Penwortham, Preston
Lancashire PR1 9TP
U.K.

When trying to book the parcel with a courier the only option on there was for a company called 'propellerhead business solutions'. I rang EU support and they confirmed this was the address. So i basically booked the parcel and made sure it was to that address but the 'EVGA RMA department' was the FAO.

The package arrived yesterday after shipping on Monday but my account is still showing my RMA as pending. I had a live chat with an EVGA rep earlier and he stated that it doesn't sound right at all but admitted he's from the US so not 100% sure how the EU RMA process works.

I'm now petrified I've sent it to propellerhead and I shouldn't have. I was told by support on the phone to do this but now the US rep has got me doubting.

Anyone else had to RMA a GPU in the Uk? I'm just looking for an answer as to if I've mistakenly sent it somewhere i shouldn't of and just want confirmation if propellerhead do deal with it or not. Just find it really strange that the part in my open RMA's area says 'rma received: pending'.

Really freaking out as it's an expensive card.

    Yes, Propellerhead handles EVGA RMAs in the UK.
