I need all the help I can, I am running 2 x RTX 2080 Ti FTW 3 Ultra SLI with a EVGA NVLINK 3slot. Problem is, 2nd VGA stuck at 300MHz showing 212% + power 72watts idle ..... both cards does not boost at all vga card 1 stuck @1350mgz , vga 2 stuck @300mhz or go to at least stock clock speeds. I have tried running them 1 by 1 as a single card in the slot 1 and goes back to 1350mhz. It will not run SLI properly. Very poor 3Dmark performance stuttering frames 4000 score 30fps. I tried reseating them once and symptom problem disappeared. 23000 3dmark score 190fps. But now no matter how i reseat and invert vga 1 vga 2 in slot and slot 2 problem remains. Since it is showing 212% + power tdp it locks the 2nd card up gpu-z shows perf limit- power

Please help i have tried DDU driver and reinstalling newest 86 dch driver 2x and trie 3.19 precision 3.15 precision but problem remained i know there something conflicting it.

Yes both work in slot 2 and 1 individually fine and will boost as normal. But SLI Neither one will boost but 1 is stuck at 1350mhz , the other stuck @300mhz with a 200% tdp 65 watt status

Tested Furmark gpu stress temps would not go up and stay at 50s for both and clocks remain 1350mhz 300mhz and max 30fps but shows sli enabled

Also in 3d mark extreme stuttering and frame drop max 30fps score of 4000 SLI

IT ONLY WORK 2x when i reseated and wiggled BOTH CARDS and did DDU UNINSTALL and everything worked as normal SLI with 3d mark score 23000.

I havent tried other driver versions with SLI.. only the latest nvidia dch release. I put the switch both on OC BIOS. Im using 2 power supplies 1000watts is over year and 550watts is new both bronze

No. Out of return period. I just need it to work properly and figure out is the nvidia driver new release the problem the precision x1 version or what not because it seems like a conflict or a bug

Tbh your motherboard could be the issue... Try a different board/system and see if issue is still there, I mean there's not really many ways to fix a card if it's stuck at stock/well below.

They both work super fast if i install and run them as a single card like there is no problem 16000+ 3dmark timespy on both single card.

Finally got SLI to work properly. I booted to SAFE MODE, Uninstalled PRECISION X1, Then, I did DDU 1.5 of driver 430.86 clean and shutdown wiggled the 2 cards and kept pushing on slots and applying pressure. Wiggled EVGA NVLINK bridge as well and applied pressure. Then booted and powered ON. Installed the older driver prior to 430.86 which is 430.64 and went to nvidia control panel make sure SLU is enabled and 3d settings are set to maximum performance. I DID NOT INSTALL PRECISION X1 YET, as to I feel this sofware is the one causing the problem. then ran FurMark stress and benchmark and 3DMARK timeSpy again.... SLI is back normal.😊

Ah good now do some benchmarks with DICE/LN2 cuz there's no reason outside of rendering to use mGPU.
