Not showing step up on my 3070 in MY EVGA

Hello,
I submitted for step-up sometime in October and I just thought to check over my EVGA account and when I click on my 3070 it says to start a new step-up, there is no ID that I've seen on the FAQ page. But when I click that it says that the card has already been used for step up. I received an email with the subject line EVGA Step-Up RMA Request Step 1 of 5 for P/N:********* but it was blank and I just assumed that was part of it. Has anyone else had this experience?

    When in doubt contact EVGA when they open: https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/.  They are the only ones that can give you a definitive answer.

    Okay, thank you. I did send a request to them but they closed about an hour before I checked my account so I will probably have to wait until Monday. Thank you again
