Unfortunately, no, at the 24 hour mark, the queues open to everyone even if you are elite. The only exception are certain SKUs that are elite only. You can find them under My EVGA - Elite Home at the top of the page.

I think that more than 2 messages in a row on a thread should not be counted. Like 2 is fine, then move to another forum so that youre not just crowding.
