I can't get the 0% option to appear during checkout. Every time, it shows the 29%

Is anyone having the same issue? I want to pull the trigger on a 2080ti but not 29% apr. Just to be clear, i qualify for the the purchase but not the 0% apr.

    Alternatively there is an EVGA ebay store and many times I see 6 months interest free PayPal specials via their bank. You pay off the purchase within 6 months and there is no interest.
