Basically im looking at two options a bed with built in dresser, or a bed with built in desk/loft bed
this is for a full size mattress btw
several problems so far:
1. pricing seems quite high
2. of the loft/desk beds i cannot find one big enough that it would be comfortable for a 27" screen (distance away etc)
3. from reviews ive found purely loft beds are unfortunately unstable compared to those with a desk built in.
4. dont want to deal with junk and dust getting underneath the bed =/

possible solutions i thought of
1. build own bed and or buy cheapo bed support with space underneath and throw in stackable clothing storage (will look ugly as sin though is my guess)
2. get cheaper loft without desk and add support/build desk attached to it for better support and better size for computer (again will probable look bad)
3. Look for friend willing to help with construction of one of the above for cheap to just cost of materials (so unlikely that it would suprise me to have a friend say they would XD)
4. just toss mattress on plywood for support and buy a smaller desk that still fits my monitors needs and sell current desk (an L desk)
5. (just came up with it) buy cheaper loft and build current desk into it making it not ugly as sin just maybe mismatched but better supported

room is higher then normal rooms at probably about 10' to ceiling

any other idea you guys may have will be taken into account. its mostly a spacing issue im having currently as well as somewhat of a budgeting issue. So if you have an even better idea shoot

I vote for build.  There are many plans out there that show you how to build a loft (from Twin on up).  Especially if you have the height to handle it.  A site that I frequent has many plans.  There are loft plans here as well (although the base plans are for Twin size, they can easily be adjusted to account for a Full).
