Things to keep in mind:
PS4 Pro is selling for $350 in Japan, and during this past black friday it sold for $400 with a $50 gift card at gamestop. But now it is $400 everywhere with no gift card, except for some shady online dealers have it for less. I can only imagine that come this black friday it will gain more value than last black friday, but may only be $350 pricetag with no benefits.
Sony has officially stated that they are developing the PS5 and they will not be at E3 2019 which means the PS5 will most likely be unveiled at E3 2020. There are rumors that it will emulate all prior playstation consoles to 4K internal resolution and if true would make the PS4 Pro a worse option for playing PS4 games at 4K than doing so with a PS5 considering most games are upscaled to 4K or use checkerbox techniques to achieve 4K which is the same performance demand as 1440p, which is really what the console is capable of for most games is 1440p upscaled to 4K. There are games that are better off running in 1080p in PS4 Pro's boost mode because of poor framerates at 4K, which if the emulation on PS5 is true then only the resolution or option of supersampling will be present unless the developer releases a patch for the game on PS5 to improve the fps as doing so without a patch would cause the game to run at double speed with double the frame rate and no one would want to play it that way. But once again the emulation aspect of PS5 is only a rumor that I cannot quantify the legitimacy of other than Sony filing a patent based on emulation.
PS4 Exclusive games (some games can have higher than 1080p but sacrifice 60fps and supersampling):
Bloodborne 1080p 30fps stable in boost mode, dips below 30fps w/o boost mode
Ratchet and Clank 1800p 30fps upscaled to 4K, 60fps not possible even with boost mode.
God of War 3 Remastered 1080p stable 60fps in boost mode
God of War 4 1080p supersampling 60fps
Infamous First Light: 1080p supersampling 60fps
Infamous second son: 1080p supersampling 60fps
The Last Guardian: 1080p supersampling 30fps
Horizon Zero Dawn: 4K checkerbox 30fps
Uncharted Collection: 1440p upscaled to 4K 60fps
Uncharted 4: 1440p upscaled to 4K 30fps
Spiderman 30fps with internal resolution adjusted to performance demand between 1944p to 1368p then upscaled to 4K
Gravity Rush 1 remastered: 1080p 60fps
Gravity Rush 2: locked 30fps with geometry only at 4K
Shadow of Colossus Remastered 4K 30fps or 1080p 60fps
Wipeout Omega Collection: 60fps 4K with tons of visual benefits on PS4 Pro
Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise: 1080p 60fps
The Order 1886: No benefits on PS4 Pro
I have no real input for that TV because I would go with an OLED and use it only for gaming and movies, but maybe a TV series on bluray like Blacklist. Reason being that the quality of an OLED reduces very slowly as it is used. I recommend googling the TV model and review to see what the professionals say about it.
As far as Xbox One X, the only significant benefit it has over PS4 Pro is Red Dead Redemption 2 is true 4K hopefully a PC version launches to provide the best version. Then PS4 Pro will be the superior console without a doubt unless the PS5 emulates the PS4 to true 4K.
