2080 Ti XC Ultra LEDs not working

I know there are a few threads on this, but they are a couple of months old.
My LEDs randomly stopped working today, I have previously been able to change them in PX1 with no issues. 
 
I've tried running the update here: 
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling PX1. I've tried version 0.3.9 and 0.3.11. It runs the firmware update with no errors when i open PX1. 
 
No matter what I do I cant get the leds to light back up at all. Any other things I can try?

    Welcome to the Forum
    Set PX1 to NOT start with the OS or Windows Apply Save Exit Restart Computer and give it a go.
    Even if a Thread is few months old you can still find answers in them to help you with your issue.

    Mine was never set to open with Windows. I've tried enabling it, disabling it, and completely uninstalling it. The LED does not come on at all.
    When I run the .bat fix and start PX1 it successfully updates the firmware, but nothing else changes.  
     
    I've tried most of the solutions in the other threads, so I thought I would start my own.

    Remove the Card from your Computer and Power on your Computer.
    Power Off your Computer turn off the Power Supply and wait for all the LEDs on the MB to go out.
    Install your Card back in and make sure it is installed in the Slot next to the CPU Socket.
    In PX1 on the LED Tab do you see this on the one below

    Yep, just done all that - still no lights.
