Precision X1 0.3.11 Beta problems XC2 Ultra

Hello!
Precision X1 0.3.11 worked without problems until a few days. I checked today that Precision X1 is not starting at startup of the system, I tried to make a new intall and also uninstalled it, but now I am getting the attached error when I install it new on the system. Precision X1 0.3.11 is not working anymore on my system:
Windows 10 Education 1809
2 x EVGA 2080Ti XC2 Ultra @ SLI
Core i9 7980XE

    Set PX1 to NOT start with Windows and then Apply Save Exit and restart your PC and give it a go
    You must have a Valid NVIDIA Driver installed to install PX1
    Make sure NO other AIO Cooler Software is Running. Disable SLI until you get PX1 Installed.
    What Other Software are you running in the background>?
     

    PX1 Clean up after the uninstall
    Uninstall LED Sync then Uninstall PX1 Restart Computer (Programs and Features)
     
    Delete from Reg *Not MB EVGA Info
    EVGA
    Precision X1
    Vulkan -  ImplicitLayers
    Pointer to Precision X1
    LED Sync
    WinRing0
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinRing0_1_2_0
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\WinRing0_1_2_0
     
    Delete Folderx
    New After 0.3.9
    C:\Program Files\EVGA\Precision X1
    C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA
    C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\EVGA_Co.,_Ltd
    Old Before 0.3.9
    C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PX18
    Under
    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local
    Delete File ledConfiguration.config
    Under
    C:\Windows
    Delete File PrecisionX_x64.INI
     
     
    Note: Using Spaces can cause issues with Images on the Forum

    Many thanks for the advices. All advices not worked for me, but I have uninstalled ver. 0.3.11 and installed 0.3.10. 0.3.10 is working without problems. Now I installed 0.3.11 over 0.3.10. and it is already working again. :-)
