I'm using Z370 mATX from EVGA, and I would really love to see some Windows utility to set my fan curves, when I'm in Windows, instead of going to BIOS every time I want to change something.
Does anyone have some alternative for that? I used to use SpeedFan, but they stopped updating the app 2 years ago, and it just doesn't work with Z370 motherboards.

Is there some kind of software utility available to control my fans and curves from EVGA Z370 motherboard?

Besides flipping between maxed fans for benchmark runs and temp controlled how often do you mess with your fan speeds?

Well right now, since I'm trying to figure out my fan curve, and how to keep my CPU under 80°C at all times.
Currently I'm increasing fan speeds by 10%, and rebooting, to see if it helped and by how much xD
That's why I would prefer to have some Windows software option ... You are right that we aren't messing with fan speed that much, but when we do, it would be great if there was some sort of software option.

I have a Z370 FTW and speedfan is working great for me. You just have to configure it to be able to change fan speeds. Have you done that yet?
