My EVGA GTX 1080ti FTW3 hybrid pump finally died. I idle at 50c and it spikes to 95c in seconds of gaming. Before it dying, it sounded like the pump was grinding but now there's no noise and no vibration from the pump or hoses.

I've initiated an RMA, and am ready to ship it out. But after reading some comments, it seems like they may not have anymore 1080ti's available, specifically the hybrid, and I'm a bit worried I'd end up getting it replaced with a 1080ti non hybrid or something like that.

Does anyone have any information on how this all works? I'm in Canada as well, so shipping is expensive and a pain. I've also read some got theirs replaced with RTX 2080's. Is that still a thing? And would I end up with an aircooled RTX 2080? My case is somewhat build for water cooling, and an aircooled card would make it fairly restricted.

Best bet is to call evga and see what they say. If you get a upgrade thats awesome for you. You can always get a water block and you are good to go
