Hi all.
Before i continue i just want to say that i have not perform any measuring with multi-meter, all voltages are from bios. 
I just want to ask, is it normal to see those kind of voltage fluctuations in bios.
For example i have two G2L 750w PSU-s in two different PCs. What is happening is, that I have noticed in one of them my voltages are fluctuating.

12v rail (12.192-12.096)
5v rail (5.04)
3v rail (3.328-3.3213)
Dram (1.200-1.184)

Cpu core voltage 1.104 - 1.120

Now i understand that i cant rely on those readings. But the reason why I am here is, because when i swap PSU I am getting stable voltages with other PSU (same model G2L 750W) from my wife PC.
Is it normal to see that that kind of fluctuations, since one has it and the other one not. I have tied old cables, new cables. Bios is up to date. No OC has been done. PC is running in balanced
power plan. I have XMP profile enabled, but its same thing happening with or without. 
 
I apologize if its a stupid question, and i am no pc expert. I would just like to stop worry about it if its fine.
Should i worry about DRAM voltages. Any explanation or advice would help me a lot.

    Thanks for posting and welcome! Those readings look within specifications so I wouldn't worry. Slight fluctuation is expected.

    Intel writes the Power Supply Design Guides that PSU manufacturers should adhere to.

    DC Output Voltage Regulation tolerances can be found here in section 3.2.1 in Table 5 on page 14 as shown in the attachment below..As stated above by EVGATech_AlanT, you're good.

    EVGA states in their FAQs that the 12v rail should read between 11.4v and 12.6v (+/- 5% of the rail's rating). It should be stable, with little to no fluctuations. A slight fluctuation of up to .05v is generally fine as long as it happens no more than once every 15-20 seconds. A larger fluctuation, up to .1v can be safe as long as it happens no more than once every 1-2 minutes. A fluctuation higher than .1v, or more often than every 10 seconds could be an indication of an issue with the 12v rail, and you should consider having your power supply tested or replaced.

    12v rail fluctuate more than once in time period 1-2min (0.096v) almost 0.1v, 3v rail every couple seconds.
    Dram voltage couple times a minute
    I have also noticed that cpu voltage core is fluctuating (edited my first post). Psu is not even month old.
    Should I rma or keep it.
