evga gtx 2070 gaming black edition led doesn't work

Led lines don't light up at all on install. I had a few times where the screen went black then came back again. I have installed the latest drivers and x1 precision. After installing the latest drivers, the black out have so far stopped hopefully. Thoughts?

    That card doesn't have leds.
