Hello forum!
 
I sent an e-mail to iwon@evga.com to claim a prize and have not gotten a response.  My e-mail address is on a personal .us domain, so I am concerned that they are not being received or maybe being filtered.  Is it normal not receive a  response for several days and I should just be patient or is there another route I should be taking?
 
also, it is kinda a given for me, but I did check my spam folder to make sure I didn't filter their response. :)

I let our prizes coordinator know and can confirm we did receive your both of e-mails. He will reply to you as soon as he is able to.

Can you do the same for me? I know it's the weekend but even an automated "we got a response" would be nice. I'm just excited and nervous about making sure the process goes fine and I don't miss anything!

I can see we received your e-mail as well. We don't process things like prizes during the weekends but I know that Eddie will follow up as soon as he has a chance.

Awesome, thanks. I'm not in a hurry and don't want to seem like I'm rushing anybody. I just want to be sure I don't miss out because at some point later you say you never got an email or something. As long as I know it's all good I can wait just fine. 
 
Also wanted to say thanks for doing the charity stream and to everyone that donated and thanks to EVGA for picking me as a winner.
