Hello!

Do EVGA warranties apply to hardware purchased through a system builder such as AVADirect or CyberPowerPC?

Thanks!

Sometimes the list on evga website is outdated. I would ask the company that's building the system, then confirm it with evga.

When Nvidia 10 series was released. I seen B&H Photo was selling evga cards, evga where to buy list didn't show them as an authorized seller. The B&H photo confirmed it to me in an email, evga verified it when i asked them.

The answer is yes but there are some things to keep in mind. If the EVGA product in your system came from a system builder, then you will want to check the part number on the serial number sticker of the product itself. Many times, the product used in a system-builder system is not a -KR (3-year warranty) product. If the part number has a part number ending in -BR (which is what many system-builder PCs use) the that product would only have a 1-year warranty.

You can always check the warranty length for the various part number suffixes at the link here: https://www.evga.com/warranty/graphics-cards/

    Hope this clarifies the question!
