    Nobody?

    Hmm. What about NZXT h400?

I feel like there is a serious lack of legit good choices for MATX/ITX cases right now.

If you asked me you would wait on answer 0.5 seconds.
Lian Li PC-Q37 with exterior watercooling system on other side of monitor MO-RA3 360 PRO Stainless Steel.
PC-Q37 no competition in Mini ITX segment, SFX PSU - EVGA 650.

Lian Li PC-Q37 have space for thick 240+thick 240+ enough space for small pump res combo on side and Mini ITX Mobo in middle.
    Price 220$, Material Aluminium.

Flaw: No Mini ITX board with slot for dedicate sound card. Nothing else.
Smaller brother of my case, they are absolutely same.

You see how he look on table, one cool case for adult person, nothing childish in him and that's on you what to install inside.
He is absolutely perfect. But this size of case should fit mATX. That's my opinion. Literary 3-5cm wider and 3-5 cm bigger second chamber would be enough for mATX watercooling.

I would use same scenario as guy above with two radiators bottom and top only I would try to find smallest pump/res combo to fit on position of 80mm fans on back side.
Thinnest and smallest. Probably Heatkiller 100 DDC Tube, I think no smaller option, I mean there is a smaller X50, but thin and small as well.

    Here is available...
    https://www.amazon.com/Lian-Li-PC-Case-pc-q37wx/dp/B01N3JV58K

Look at that part on back side of the top, that's to remove top, below him is 240mm radiator place withour grill and with mess over him if you keep intake fans for cooling case.
Mesh could be moved if you keep exhaust fans to push air out of case and top with grill go over to hide everything.
Same is on bottom, it's one big mesh over both chamber easy to remove with screws
First class case. I mean this is not natural PC case, this is and art detail in room.

Anyway when your 25-30 years old girl enter in room will not say You are like kid, still play games.
Because doesn't look as ordinary computer.

Surely NZXT’s H200i is a tiny PC case. Another P case is in Win A1 tower. It has a sleek compact design you will like it. It's price is a bit high then you budget.
But these small pc cases have a problem as well which is PC temperature.
    i was reading somewhere,

where a person is bragging about how mini ITX caused high CPU temperature problem. He was saying that after buying mini case he is getting 50C at idle CPU temp and when pushed with prime 95 this goes into the 80s.
So ITX may seem tempting but you must also keep in mind these concerns.

Temperature on the GPU is a bit higher than I want since it's so close to the bottom shroud PSU. Hopefully including a CLC to push air from the front will lower it a bit, if not I may cut the bottom shroud open since you don't see it with a GPU in. NZXT certainly could have made the shroud holes much larger for better airflow there. Love the look of the case and cable management is the best I've used so far.  Have to lower those GPU temps though(use to low 60c and I'm getting low 70c overclocked), but I don't even have all of the case fans hooked up now.

can't help with that price, but if you are interested in an amazing ITX case that's designed and assembled in 'Murica, check out the S4 Mini:
