Correct and Changed the Image, not going to bother with installing the second 1080 for SLI, I will just wait for the new cards. For my RTX Cards, I ordered the SLI Bridge from NVIDIA the day before EVGA Released theirs for Order. EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC ULTRA GAMING, 11G-P4-2383-KR, 11GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans & RGB LED Pending EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC GAMING, 11G-P4-2382-KR, 11GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans & RGB LED Installed The CD/DVD is my Image Boot Disks for this Computer. It is there from when I install the OS this past week, 1809. They will not stay there once the Build is done.

Any particular reason why you chose to use so many extenders and adapters in your GPU loop instead of simpler solution of fittings and tubes?

Not really, mostly left over parts from older builds. I did the same on another rig. The cards below came out of the rig above that had a X79 Classified MB. I updated it to the X99 FTW K MB that now has one GTX 1080 in it until I can buy the new cards. The Cards below I moved into my X299 Dark Rig that is set as my Default in the left column.

I am pushing this Rig Really Hard ATM Running a single GPUGRID task on the GPU @ 2025 MHz and a single PrimeGrid MT Task 4 Cores @ 4300 MHZ HT Off and pushing the Power Supply @ 520 Watts. EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 GAMING, 08G-P4-5180-KR, 8GB GDDR5XRequirements- Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply.
- One available 8-pin PCI-E power dongle
- Total Power Draw : 180 Watts
So going with a Single 2080 Ti Card a 550 Watt Power Supply is not going to cut it on the RTX 2080 Series Cards. I will wait and see but maybe even change over to Two Power Supply & Two UPS Rig. Only time will tell. EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC ULTRA GAMING, 11G-P4-2383-KR, 11GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans & RGB LEDRequirements- Minimum of a 650 Watt power supply.
- Two available 8-pin or 6+2pin PCI-E power dongles
- Total Power Draw : 250 Watts

Thank you, Thanks but not for $1,264.50 Bits Power Thor EIX 99 Nickel Plate Full Cover Block Clear (BP-WBTHOREIX99FCBNPAC-CL) $175.95 over on www.performance-pcs.com Added to my Wish List. Not sure I would want to cover the MB Battery / M.2 Slot on the Class or M.2 Slot on the K. X99 FTW K Mono Block Compatiblity Some great info in your Thread It shows for the Design For EVGA X99 Classified / EVGA X99 FTW the K Model is not listed Link

EKWB EK-M.2 NVMe Heatsink- Black Removed. Not worth the cost. Temperatures are the same with or without. Yes it looks nice and may provide some protection for the Drive but not worth the cost. Also not recommended for use on V-NAND
