Hey guys, I'm new here
I'll start of with my setup:
PSU:
Evga 550 G2;
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x;
GPU: Pallit Jetstream GTX 1060 6gb;
MOBO: Asus Prime x370 pro;
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 3200Mhz;
OS: Windows 10;
Warranty for everything is still available.
So my problem lies in loosing power in my pc. Whenever heavy loaded/tested/gaming my monitor looses signal, and pc is not responding to anything - literally, no clicking, switching, even power button - just manually pluging it off helps. I'm aware that it sometimes is connected to OC but no matter if I did some or have everything set to default I'm experiencing these freezes. Funny thing here is I can't right now test my components because any software that is somehow connected to hardware(CPU-Z, HWInfo, etc.) crashes my PC after ~1 minute. Probably they don't work as they should together. However few days earlier I could check everything and my Temps in stress was around 58-59C on CPU and 68C on GPU. Voltages on 3,3V; 5V; 12V; were +/- 5% from stadard values as I remember from 5-10 mins tests just before crash.
I was thinking about maybe some malware or corrupted W10 but even just after reinstalling OS none have changed. Did updates on my BIOS and other components. Extremaly rarely my PC regularly crashes(if it can be regular, oh well...) and restarts with Kernel-Power 41(63) error in event log. I'm asuming it might be my PSU - any ideas what I could do with it?
Just a little note, my PC act's more or less stable when CPU voltage is set as default - 1,55V which i find way too much to have for 24/7 use. I've tuned it down to 1,35V.
I'm a little bit tired of this situation, even went to local pc repair and these guys aimed at failing SSD drive which I send on RMA but... problem persists. I've tested my PC thoroughly, checking for failing:
- RAM(memtest) - no errors,
- GPU(furmark) - no errors,
I've managed to create Crash combo lol, no matter what settings I choose for him, he can't stand 1h OCCT test then 1h Prime95 FFT test and then 3D Mark medium + high performance. I've been asking this question on several forums and none could help me.
If You couldn't help me I'm about to take my PC for a 150KM ride to some big city for 'professionals' inspection with high end pc service. If they will be helpless the only thing left for me to do is send all my pc parts for rma. Please save me! I'm not a newbie in PC's, builded few, repaired few in my life, finished CS studies - but right now I feel desperate with this one - he turned from dream machine into nightmare.
