Precision X1 - v0.2.8.0 - Fan Control Not Sticking

I enable the automatic fan control and it works as expected until a reboot, at which point it defaults to disabled.
 
I have clicked both the "apply" and "save" buttons, but it doesn't seem to stick after reboot.

    I haven't had a chance to check out Precision X1 yet, but if it's anything like Precision XOC, you may need to close and then open X1 again after you create/apply settings or they might not get get written to it's .cfg files and retained..PXOC writes some settings to it's .cfg files only upon closing the program (been an ongoing bug).

    Could be wrong here but I think you just need to right click one of the numbers (0-9) on the right side. Those are the saved profiles, I think if you hit save without a profile selected it doesn't actually save anywhere.
