Just got this today.
While on the consumer side, its required by EVGA to package your RMA properly. Apparently it doesnt apply to EVGA when sending it back. This is piss poor packaging.
It cost me $50 to package, ship and insure this RMA and this is what i get back. A brand new card with poor packaging.
If its broken, i'll be sending it back at the cost of EVGA. Considering how mail couriers handle these packages by literally throwing them around.
My packaging on the other hand, was in the original box with the original foam. Wrapped in bubble wrap, surrounded by peanut foam in an adequate sized box.
EVGA should take more pride in their customer service.

Edit:

EVGA has called me and stated that they will definitely resolve the packaging issue Ive encountered. They stated that this is not standard packaging and that the package should be snug and protected accordingly.

EVGA has also resolved my issue at my request by crediting my account on the new card with an advanced RMA for the remainder of my warranty. I believe my request is reasonable and I thank EVGA for accepting.

Thank you again EVGA for going above and beyond with outstanding customer service.

Could you make it move around in the box by shaking it?

thats beside the point of the required 2" foam packaging around all of the sides. Which is how I packaged my card. This is a far cry from 2" foam packaging on all sides.

    "Shipping your product in:
Please ship your original product in a well packed sturdy box. Pack your product with at least 2" of packing material on all sides to ensure no damage is caused during transit."

I dont mean to make a mountain out of a mole hill, but this is unacceptable when a company requires you to do something or it will be rejected and they dont follow their own requirements. Im very disappointed to say the least.

It hasn't.  I'm having someone from our Customer Service team look into this.
