My 1070 ftw stop working and i open a RMA , send the product but got stolen(welcome to Brazil) , now i lost the product before reach the RMA center , there anything that you guys can do to help me out ? Ps: my was one of the got heat issues and sorry for my english.

    Skye0, did you get a chance to contact your local post office about this issue and if so what did they tell you? 
     
    Unfortunately with situations like this, there's nothing we as a company can  do since it was lost/stolen on its way to us and it would be up to the shipper to provide compensation.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums! For this case, as the package was lost during transit, liability is placed on the courier if the package was insured, so you would want to open a claim with your courier if you insured the package. If you didn't insure the package you probably signed away the courier's right to be liable for the package, but I would contact the courier anyway to see what your options are.
