Coil Whine - RTX 2070

My gpu is doing a lot of coil whining from like a month ago, I think. GPU has been running stock, great temps but the whining is driving me crazy. 
Will Evga be able to replace the card or the component that does that? Its very loud.

    After review we do not see a ticket started for this serial. Please submit this under Service > Support Tickets and the LATAM region can assist with any warranty coverage. 
     
    I also edited the serial number out of your post for security reasons.

    thanks a lot. I didnt know if i could start a ticket or what procedure to follow. 
    Is Thiago Padrao still the Latam representative for support?
