As Sajin mentioned, every graphics card will overclock differently, so it is difficult to say what the best settings for your specific card may be. Also, if you are using a 10-series card, GPU Boost 3.0 works very well and the card will naturally boost to a higher clock speed under load, depending on what the card can handle.
