I'll be at work all day, and I have to have my laptop on. What should I do?

I use mine at work an keep it up for 10 hours a day Monday through Friday, when I'm not on it she goes to auto sleep.I also power cycle the battery by draining down to 25% then plugging it in each day.Should be fine.

There are no issues leaving the SC15 charger connected at all times. With modern designs in battery cell management and power management of the charger itself, you will not hurt the pack by leaving it charged all the time.

Power cycling hurts lithium polymer cells. Power cycling was a NiCad thing. Those days ended long ago.
