Also when i see some post from some of ya all, i see 
Mod rigs view my system banners and EVGA gaming banners, how does one get the Mod rigs banner ? 

i build my system, but dont have the banner ..

a) Create a profile 
b) Create a build 
c) Upload pics (max 500kb each and file-type: Jpeg) 
d) type your specs 
e) Upload your 3Dmark/3Dmark11/Vantage-score to be able to win. I've shown an example below.. This is with my score, 13701 3DMark Fire Strike
e,a)  1. Insert your score.. (only digits) so for instance you have to write "13701" in the field right to the line marked with red.  
        2. Insert your link, "http://3dmark.com/3dmv/2562847", into the correct field
        3. Make sure your rig is public.
        4. Click Create New Rig
 
Also to answer part of your first question about the +1. Any member that views your system can click on the plus one to recognize your build. You will see the amount of +1 in the community score. People can just leave a comment and not click on the +1. A comment will not add to your community score. I usually will give a plus 1 to anyone that puts up a few pics and gives a layout of their hardware. Now that you have added your 3DMark score and a pic, you are eligible for the Mods rig draw, when it reaches 0. You should see an emblem next to the picture gallery that says eligible and is red.
