I started an RMA about a week ago, I've been checking the state of the RMA daily, EVGA europe had received my card last friday but now I'm not able to see my open RMA on my member profile anymore, I didn't have any news other than they've had received the card on Friday 27th April, what's this supposed to mean? Greetings **EDIT** I've received my replacement today, it looks good and after installing it and running a couple of games everything seems to go smoothly. I want to thank EVGA for responding to the terms of the warranty, and thanks to the customer support who has helped getting everything into the path, aswell people that try their best replying threads on the forum. I really appreciate all these details and I hope to keep supporting evga by buying my next cards. Cheers!

Look at “my products” under “member -> my profile”
Is there a new product in there? If so, your RMA is technically considered complete for the time, and you should be able to see more info under the products tabs.

Nevermind, thanks, opening the view details tab I could see that the RMA card's been shipped from EVGA. I hope I receive a good card, because after reading some posts in the forums I've noticed some complains... but if it's good and I'm happy with the RMA I'll leave an updated message for a positive review. Thanks

I apologize for the confusion; I show that we have sent a replacement, and I will be sending an e-mail with further information.

Woohoo! Yeah, it hides the info a little bit, but once you know where to look, you can find the info pretty quick.
