Happy to report getting 2100 mhz this screenshot is slightly misleading the temps outside the game are 38 but inside it goes to 50-60 it is really cold where i am atm as well i doubt i will see this clock speed when sun is up  .note i have confirmed speeds and temp with more then one way

update'' since last driver update card has been able to hold this clock speed, with the exception of a really hot day i am in Australia.

Congratulation bud! What's the difference in FPS for 2050 vs 2100 on your card? For my 1080 Ti the difference is like 1-2 FPS so not worth pushing it!

It's not so much the difference in FPS but how stable the clock stays not moving less jitter etc as far as fps goe's some games get 1-2 fps like you some get 15 20 fps more it depends on the application and how its coded to use the hardware available

I have to give credit to EVGA i washed this card in my sink and baked it dry in oven ultimate cringe moment for you peeps reading this haha but its still alive PS i was DRUNK when i washed the card
