I'm not even going to deny it, I use to smoke.  Thankfully I have quit.  The question I have about my RMA is that for a fee I can have it "deep cleaned".  How is this going to fix the issue with the severe artifacting and no video issues I was experiencing?

    Hello!

I am sorry about the confusion, but I will send you an email personally explaining your current RMA situation to hopefully clear things up.

Thanks for the help Jose!  RMA has now been approved and waiting for it to ship out, so far the out part number is the same as what I shipped in.  What are the odds they still have stock of a 8 year old GPU?

If we don't have stock of your current card, it will be replaced with one of equal or greater performance. Unfortunately I am unable to speculate as to what that would be.

EVGA has been giving all sorts of strange RMA responses lately. I wonder if they're just overloaded with work from mining RMAs and mixing up cards.

Suffice it to say that EVGA is taking care of this issue. Kudos to them.
