Recently my 980 ti failed, luckily i my warranty is still valid, so i initiated the RMA process with EVGA (already had registered my card). Sadly, EVGA told me that without an invoice i would be unable to apply for the warranty process. Thing is, i´m from Colombia and bought my videocard in the capital´s techcenter so i never had any invoice directly from the wholestore in the U.S where the card originally came from, furthermore i lost the invoice from the techcenter, though i doubt that it would have been accepted by EVGA. So i want to ask if there is anything i can do to use the warranty from my videocard.
