Who makes a better ssd Crucial or Samsung? I am looking at 2 ssds for my wifes computer.  Both are 500gb and both are $129.

Both Crucial and Samsung are solid choices, and it really depends on what your wife will be using the computer for. If it's for general use, the Crucial MX500 offers great value for money. On the other hand, Samsung SSDs, like the 850 Evo or 860 Evo, tend to have slightly better performance and reliability, especially for more demanding tasks like gaming or video editing.
