PXOC 6.2.3 Wont let me enable overvoltage or overboost?

Howdy,
 
As the title states, I cant enable either setting in the software for some reason.
 
I am running 2 new 1080 Ti SC Black cards.
 
I also cant seem to turn off the white LEDs on the cards. I'd rather none, than white.
 
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as always!

    Only select video cards support overvoltage & overboost. You can use the led visualizer tool to turn the leds off... http://international.down...isualizer_v1.0.0.0.exe
