So my PSU died on New Year's day and I decided to RMA it. I live in the Caribbean so it took a couple weeks to get all the information i needed before i could return it with the courier it arrived here with.
 
I know i'm being impatient but I am curious to when I will get the tracking number for the PSU. I think today(1/29/2018) is the 3rd day so I should get it sometime soon hopefully as it's already late in the afternoon in California.

I really love that on the my products page that you get the time it is there. I just find that really neat.

Look under

It just says, "Preparing to ship product". It arrived last week Wednesday(1/24/2018) and processed by EVGA on Thursday(1/25/2018)

Hello and welcome to the forums! You normally will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once the replacement is shipped. If the RMA is not immediately updated with a tracking number once it ships, then you would need to contact our LATAM team for further information. You can reach our LATAM team by e-mailing soporte@evga.com. It does usually take 1-3 business days after we receive the product for the RMA to be processed.
