The company returns with a new direction and employees ready to fulfill all your water cooling needs once again. They've also upgraded their "OCN" coupon code to a 6% discount in order to recover their clientele.

I would think they have lost their market share till they have new ownership.  Too many customers got burned, based on all the posts when the company fell apart.  So unless they offer something unique; why even take a chance on loosing money ?

I found a new vendor Performance PCs - been happy with the service.  "OCN55" is the standard 5.5% discount and on Holidays there are even better discounts.  Spend $99 on EKWB and get Free FedEx ground -- Code: "EKFREESHIPPING" (you can not stack coupons)
    - Website is a little slow and quirky.  I had 1 warranty claim, when a fan failed and it was handled quickly and professionally

They should have treated current active customers at the time better communicating and refunding them. Having to dispute the charges with my bank was a pain. I never heard anything from them. Doubt I'll go back.

    Nope. I will wait.
I would also use pay pal so your orders are protected.
I was very upset that they fell apart and burned so many people, they have the best cooling website.
Performance PCs is kinda hard to navigate.

Check discord for different coupon codes, they have a 11% one for orders over a certain amount. Website could use a little work but the shipping is pretty quick.
Also check modmymods, some of the good folks at frozen went there from my understanding, pretty decent people.

The same old stellar employees of the old FrozenCPU started up a company called Modmymods.  I'm just hoping Modmymods get more manufacturers onboard as I think they'll be unstoppable as they once before, if not even better and stronger.

As for PPCS, I have mixed emotions about them.  I've ordered a bunch of things from them over the years since the fallout of FCPU and got a damaged used part from them on some pricey gear.  (AQ6)  They made me pay for shipping to ship it back to them which I found troubling, let alone sending me used up and bent out of shape gear with missing parts.  They even advertised on custom etched CPU blocks which the price was included with the directions of uploading the design you would like on them.  I did that only to hear an employee on the phone tell me that they we're going to do if for me and that it would cost $100+ an hour or so to reprogram their CNC machine I was told.  I was at awe and happy at the same time they were going to do it for me but it felt like they were doing me a favor is the way it sounded on the phone which I was kinda appalled by that approach.  Not complaining that they didn't charge me but it said nothing on their product page.  It was $10 more from the original CPU block to get a etched design, period.  Other than that, they have a big selection but it doesn't help having a sub par website.
