So quite frankly I'm quite annoyed. I purchased a card off eBay recently complete with box and receipt, card hasn't been registered etc. It was a EVGA 1080 SC but had the EVGA Hybrid extension added on. When it arrived it all checked out except there was to missing screws. Is there any way I can get replacements for these? Will future RMA be affected? Thanks! PS: Located in Melbourne, Australia.

Yes it did include the ACX 3.0 Cooler. Tested and working fine too.

If you ever have to RMA you need to put the original cooler on anyways so as long as you have the screws for that then it should be fine.

Evga sometimes will sell you a pack of screws, but they are around $15usd last time I can remember. Maybe submit a ticket and talk to them. Registering the card to your account will allow you to see the card under my products, but please keep in mind that the card is still used and was registered to another member, so it WILL be considered a used product and follow the “shipped from factory” date rather than the purchase date on the receipt. Evga can tell when a card was used because the original owner will still have the card attached to their account even after they remove it.
If you need to RMA, make sure you use the guest RMA feature rather than going through my products, so you can see the appropriate amount of warranty remaining.

Card was actually never registered, I was actually the first so lucky me haha.
