Troubleshooting after installing FTW3 Hybrid Kit

Hello,
I just installed the FTW3 Hybrid Kit (some screws did not match manual but thats another topic) and now my card wont run anymore.
Card lights turn on, radiator fan spins but not the one on the card.
Things I tested so far:
Reseating to another PCIe-Slot
Resetting BIOS
Checked PCIe Power cables
Tried 2nd Bios
Result: Still not working, 1 short post beep then 5 short, Display shows No Signal
Tried everything in my other computer same result (besides other beep codes as it is another Bios).
I really had been carefully when mounting the kit and I doubt I did something wrong. Could it be that perhaps a connector (gpu fan) went loose when assembling and thats preventing the card from starting? Pump is working, I can hear that.
I hope you can help me as I dont like the idea to have burned hundred of euros only because I switched the cooler :(

    Solved it by myself x)
    Seems that you dont should tighten the screws on the last step too much, loosening them magically solved the problems. And no I didnt use much force on first try as even my screwdriver sucks ;)
