Turning off the led temp mode in the flow control changes the color to red, even changing the led temp mode to white. Both radiator and coolant. The flow control version is 2.0.5. The red color makes me mad. This translates to a Google Translator. I hope you understand the somewhat awkward sentence.

Here is my setting. I selected ambient color, and all color was white(ambient, cpu temp, coolant temp), even though I didn't select "LED TEMP" in flow control top right menu. I can not understand why it keeps changing. Something seems to be wrong with the firmware. Please check this problem. Please give me any response.

The LED turns red when the actual coolant temperature exceeds 45 degrees. I think this bug should be fixed so that the user can change temperature criterion.

Are you saying there is nothing I can do but wait for an update to the software? =(

I tried to be able to do with software. It seems necessary to take measures at the firmware level.

I have narrowed it down to when the coolant temp goes above 45c it turns red.

If you would like a quicker response from an official evga rep it would be best to submit a ticket, complaint/suggestion, or to contact support. You can submit a complaint/suggestion here. EVGA phone numbers & e-mails can be found here.

Thank you. I already sent e-mail. But they did not offer the right solution.

Hi guys, Can you post your full system specs? Also, please clarify whether it's the CPU or the Coolant temp hitting above 45C. Our CLC team tested this yesterday and were unable to reproduce the issue. Of course, that doesn't mean we're done testing, but we need some further information about your system and any steps you take to reproduce the issue.

My system CPU : Intel Core i7 8700K Motherboard : ASUS STRIX Z370-I GAMING Memory : CORSAIR DOMINATOR 3000Mhz 16Gb x 2 VGA : EVGA Geforce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 HYBRID SSD : SAMSUNG 950 Pro 512Gb HDD : HGST 12TB Ultrastar He12 Case : Phanteks EVOLV SHIFT Power supply : Corsair SF600 CPU Cooler : EVGA CLC 120 OS : Windows 10 RS3 x64 The bug occurs when the coolant temperature exceeds 45 degrees. I DIDN'T SET RED COLOR, ALL COLOR IS WHITE, EVEN COOLANT TEMP COLOR. BUT WHEN THE COMPUTER TAKES A SHORT TIME TO LOAD, THE COOLER COLOR TURNS RED.

Thanks. The image shown above only has the coolant temp at 41.7C, so I wasn't sure. I'll pass this along to our team.

It is a screenshot that I did not pick up the color temp. The screenshot was taken to show the top right menu instead of displaying the temperature.

Hi guys, we should have an updated version of Flow Control up today that will fix this issue. We were just waiting on some testing to confirm it worked, and it does.
