This is first time im doing this. So how long does it take to get reply. My RMA is approved. Im using Advanced RMA.
RMA ID: 733774
RMA Number:  Pending Approval
RMA Received:  Pending
Shipping Status:  Pending
Cross Ship: Pending Collateral
Shipping Out Option Selected: Ground
Part Number Out: 11G-P4-6696-KR
Next Step: Awaiting Approval

    Sometimes the status doesn’t update right away for some reason. Try contacting support with your RMA number and see if they can push an update to you. Support@evga.com

    Hello kacan22, 
    Looks like your RMA request was approved a couple of hours ago, and you have entered you collateral information as well.  That should be the last step on your end,  our EU team will process the request and have your replacement sent out as soon as possible.
