Can't order fromm Eu.evga.com

Hello,
 
I am trying to order a 1080ti FTW 3 Elite black GPU from eu.evga.com but everytime I click continue after filling in my personal info it forces me back to my basket. Another browser doesn't work either, another computer doesn't work and someone else on a other IP can't make it work either.
 
What am I doing wrong?

    Sounds like the site was just having issues at that moment.
