I recently changed my stock fan from my GTX 670 2GB to a Artic Turbo Twin II
What I don't like is that my card does not allow a fan speed lower under 30 and higher then 80%.
 
I understand this limits are needed with a stock fan but with a new modern fan that you can really not hear even at 100% I think this is not needed.
 
How can I bypass this limits?
