Just started my RMA and was under the impression that I would have to send the card to Germany, so there is somewhere in the UK to send the card to?? hope so, sending my card to Germany with full £550 insurance would cost a bomb.

yes there is a uk place to send it to but there is no contact number. currently iv used a courier service to send the item. but with no contact number to give for the address i have no option but to give them the germnay contact number...this is really stupid because how is the driver supposed to contact the address?  i had my card collected on tusday. im still waiting for my replacement.

Does Evga compensate for the postage, especially when sending abroad?

no you have to pay for the postage yourself as far as im aware. but you would not need to ship it to Germany as there is a uk department.

as i said already there is no contact number for the address given to send the faulty card..that is not a uk number. its pointless to give to a driver.  I don't understand how they can not have a contact number for the UK RMA address they give you that your supposed to ship to. its ridiculous. it would make things so much more simple if they had a contact number.then there would be no complications like i am having. it dosent help that there is no live chat for the Uk either.
