I did this build awhile ago and I forgot to share it here. It is using a caselabs case with petg tubing. 
 
CaseLabs S3 with smoked acrylic windows custom made by me
7700k Delidded with alphacool waterblock
1080ti with HeatKiler waterblock
2 512gb intel m.2 raid 0
5tb Toshiba hdd
Primochill fittings
Primochill U/V blue petg
Alphacool fittings
Corsair 120 HD
Asus Z270i
Cablemods led strips
Barrow Reservoir

    It’s looking good so far. Take your time and do the bends the correct way. That was the worst part for me and PETG tubing, I don’t have an eye for where the bend needs to go, Lol.
