I am RMAing a GTX 1060 and wanted to know if grocery bags would work as ok packaging. I don't know where to get styrofoam or packing peanuts. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you still have you 1060 factory box? If so, grab the plastic clamshell out of it and use that.

Yeah i put that in the box already. The card is wrapped in the box with an anti-static bag and bubble wrap. I'm asking about the outer packaging.

The card must be sent in a sturdy cardboard shipping box. If it is not sent in one, it would likely be sent back to you. Any courier should be able to provide a shipping box for this card.

When I mailed my RMA, I wrapped it up in A LOT of newspaper, then added more when I placed it in the box.
